Photo via BaseballFactory.com<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Just a couple days after Fangraphs announced their mid-season updates, MLBPipeline did as well.<\/p>\n<p>No changes from their Mar 2020 list other than to include three of our 2020 draft picks.\u00a0 Lets talk about where they got inserted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2020 1st rounder\u00a0<strong>Cade Cavalli<\/strong> slots in at #4 in the system, which is exactly where BA and Fangraphs put him, and behind the exact top 3 that everyone has for the system (Kieboom, Garcia, Rutledge).\u00a0 Consistent.<\/li>\n<li>2020 2nd rounder\u00a0<strong>Cole Henry\u00a0<\/strong>slots in at #6 in our system per MLB, about where BA has him but ahead of where Fangraphs put him.\u00a0 I think i&#8217;m ok with this ranking, given that he&#8217;s behind\u00a0<strong>Wil Crowe<\/strong> but ahead of two very young starter prospects in\u00a0<strong>Eddy Yean<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Andry Lara<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>2020 supp 2nd rounder\u00a0<strong>Samuel Infante<\/strong> comes in at #26, well down the list and well below either BA or fangraphs.\u00a0 #26 in a system is nearly non-prospect territory, and puts him below\u00a0<strong>Jackson Cluff<\/strong>.\u00a0 Who would you rather have?\u00a0 Infante or Cluff?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The addition of these three guys bumps the following players off the back end of hte top 30:\u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Jakson Reetz<\/strong>, <strong>Jhonatan German<\/strong> and &#8230; <strong>Nick Raquet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just a couple days after Fangraphs announced their mid-season updates, MLBPipeline did as well.
